At This Moment

Currently, the Msnels household is engaged in the following activities:

E - Stuffing his face at the annual game dinner (game as in wild animals) that he attends with his buddy Jamie. He both loves and loathes this event - loves the opportunity to try various exotic meat dishes but loathes the feeling of overeating and consequent gastric unhappiness (TMI y'all!). If only there were a way to regulate the food that he eats!

Me - Watching Love & Other Drugs again while "working" (truth is I stopped working 3 hours ago). It's a good movie! But the fact that she has Parkinson's is sad. I want to see Source Code! Jake Gyllenhaal is A+ approved at the moment.

Sam - Took a drink of water, licked my foot, and is now staring out the window from his perch on the back of the couch. The life. His new hobby is to relentless destroy a toy (he used to pretend like he didn't care about them at all but now it seems he has a personal vendetta against them). I bought him two new toys at TJ Maxx yesterday for 4 dollars a piece - a stuffed animal with squeakers on it and a tennis ball with a squeaker-filled tail attached to it (really). He's already ripped open the tennis ball and has somehow managed to slowly digest part of the stuffed animal's ears. Gross!

Argon - Hanging out under the table like the queen that she is. We have to take her to the vet tomorrow for her annual check-up - $$$$! What a stinky girl.

Tonight we are having our new traditional and utterly formal Sunday night dinner of sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches. We are also watching the finale of Chopped All Stars on Food Network. How is the weekend almost over already???
